Brooks Bell

Brooks Bell, a pioneering force in digital optimization and a passionate advocate for colon cancer awareness, has left an indelible mark on both the tech and health sectors. Founding Brooks Bell Inc. in 2003, she revolutionized website optimization for Fortune 500 companies, generating over $2.5 billion in client revenue through a deep understanding of analytics, behavioral economics, and user experience design. Her leadership extended beyond her company, contributing significantly to the entrepreneurial community and hosting influential industry events like Click Summit.

However, in January 2019, at the age of 38, Brooks's life took a dramatic turn when she was diagnosed with stage III colon cancer. This personal battle reshaped her focus, propelling her into a leading role in public health advocacy. Through initiatives like Lead From Behind and 50ColonoscopiesUnder50.org, she has significantly raised awareness about the importance of early detection, contributing to a nationwide increase in colonoscopy screenings.

A Duke University psychology graduate and an Alaska native, Brooks's resilience is also marked by her recovery from a stroke at 24 and her triumph over cancer. Today, she continues to serve on several boards, including the CDC Foundation and the Colorectal Cancer Alliance, leveraging her experiences to inspire change and save lives. With her enduring commitment to innovation and health, Brooks Bell embodies the spirit of a true leader, dedicated to making a difference in the world.
